Prior to employment, all Cleaning USA personnel are required to submit background information and documentation in accordance with federal law. Applicants are carefully interviewed by our manager prior to placement. Personnel files on each employee are kept in the Cleaning USA office.



All new hires at Cleaning USA, including any former employees, are required to attend introductory training video sessions which cover cleaning techniques, basic skills, and, of course, on-the-job safety procedures. The customer has the right to request the removal of any person or persons employed by Cleaning USA at their location upon just cause.
